Even if you got transceivef, I found no way to sync it to the KBD! Disconnect the transceiver from the computer and then restart the PC.
If no usb devices work u have a faulty dock and possibly a bad 11423 which is killing the ports. Is there anywhere I could get a replacement receiver for this?
